This routine creates an HTML page giving detailed
information about the event files.
The files are sorted by instrument, mode and bit-rate.
The following information is given for each file:
- Exposure (not dead-time corrected)
- Counts
- Count rate
- A list of modal keyword values. All keywords
whose values change within a particular
mode/bitrate group are listed.
