INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
- Get the LaTeX template and style files from Oss. Astronomico di Palermo

- Prepare your paper following the instructions in the README and papsman.tex files.
- The page limits are 10 pages for invited review talks, 4 pages for contributed talks (both oral and posters) and 6 pages for invited contributed talks about instrument development and large scale programmes. Page limits will be strictly enforced and papers exceeding these limits will be returned to the authors for resubmission.
- Check your paper carefully (including the list of references).
- Include at least 2 keywords in your LaTeX file that are appropriate for your paper.
- Prepare any figures or illustrations at production size, if they will not be provided in EPS format.
- Check to be sure you have included an abstract. Papers without abstracts will be returned to the authors for one.
- Deposit the LaTeX copy of your manuscript along with any computer graphics in EPS format in the directory incomings/Workshop99 on the node ftp.astropa.unipa.it (alternatively, files can be sent by email to workshop@oapa.astropa.unipa.it) Identify the LaTeX copy by using the last name plus the first name initial of the first author, e.g., smithj.tex. Any EPS files should be identified in a similar way, e.g., smithij1.eps, smithj2.eps. Authors with multiple papers will need to indicate this as well, e.g., smithj_1.tex, smithj1_1.eps, smithj_2.tex, smithj1_2.eps.
- Mail one hardcopy of your manuscript and any illustrations at production size to :

- Be sure you have returned the signed copyright form to the Editors during the Conference or return it together with the hardcopy of your manuscript.
Manuscripts must be received no later than July 15, 1999 in order to be assured publication in the Proceedings.
