Light Curve and 2 Images
The images shown were obtained from the Soft the X-ray Telescope (SXT) on the Yohkoh solar research spacecraft and were selected to exemplify times of relatively active and quiet coronal x-ray emission. The light curve below shows the total soft x-ray counts over an eighteen month interval through the thin aluminum filter.
