A Zygo GPI interferometer provides noncontact measurement of high-precision flat and spherical reflective surfaces, and transmitted wavefront quality of optical components and assemblies. Sub-nanometer resolution and precision and 5 nm accuracy are attributes of the finest noncontact optics measuring system in the world.

We are equipped with the MetroPro software that allows us to view surfaces with single slice profiles, 2D and 3D plots or just the numeric measurement data. Moreover, we can combine these interferometric data with raytracing programs (ZEMAX) in order to simulate complex systems optical behaviour.
