The practical session is composed by lectures introducing the analysis techniques mainly used
to analyse the observations obtained by Chandra and XMM/Newton plus practical exercises.
The exercises are based on real data on young stars and may be carried out with the help of manuals purposely assembled
and with the help of a number of tutors.
The school is part of a programme of meetings organised by the Marie Curie Research Training Network Constellation,
funded by the European Commission under contract MRTN-CT-2006-035890.
